DK Coastal Media was founded with a simple goal: to create stunning aerial and coastal imagery while building a business that offered something many people take for granted—time.​The business began during one of the most important chapters of my life. I wanted the flexibility to spend as much time as possible caring for my wife, Emma, during her illness. That time together became the true foundation of DK Coastal Media.​Some of our happiest moments were spent by the coast at sunset. I'd be flying the drone while Emma stood beside me, helping, encouraging, and sharing in every beautiful view. Those evenings weren't just about creating photographs and videos—they were about making memories together.​

Sadly, Emma passed away, but her love, strength, and belief in me continue to inspire everything I do. I know she would have wanted me to keep pursuing this dream, so that's exactly what I'm doing.Today, every project I undertake is carried out with the same passion, care, and appreciation for life's special moments that Emma and I shared. In her memory, 10% of DK Coastal Media's profits are donated to Diabetes UK, supporting the vital work they do for individuals and families affected by diabetes.
